Aaron Benmark
Litigation Attorney
Aaron Benmark has brought his experience and legal acumen to bear for Krissman & Silver handling law and motion and appeals. Prior to joining Krissman & Silver LLP, Aaron Benmark practiced at Durie Tangri LLP, a prestigious San Francisco based firm representing some of Silicon Valley's most influential companies where his practice focused on high-stakes technology and intellectual property litigation in nationwide federal courts and in California state court. He clerked in the Eastern District of New York for the Honorable Frederic Block. While at UC Irvine, School of Law, he graduated summa cum laude and won the school Moot Court Oral Argument competition. He also participated in the Intellectual Property Arts and Technology clinic, where he testified in hearings in Washington D.C. and Los Angeles before the Copyright Office on behalf of a coalition of filmmakers and e-book authors.
Before attending law school, Aaron graduated from the Michigan State University Honors College with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Applications. He is also a self-published novelist and has worked on several award-winning feature and short films.
